Cannot make the KDE Connect app work

[skobola (Y Mail)]

 I have installed the KDE Connect app from the Microsoft Store on my PC, running Windows 10 (W10).
I have also installed it on my Samsung Galaxy A54 5 G phone.
However, when I start the KDE Connect app on my PC, I do not know what to do.
Please see the snippet which shows this point.
