Hi Peter,
Installing the app from the pipeline should be nearly zero learning. But
unfortunately I've just noticed the CI doesn't build due to a missing
dependency :(
Installing from source is not much learning, and described here:
https://community.kde.org/KDEConnect#Android
There is no particular timeline. Reviewer bandwidth comes and goes. In
the winter we're more reliable than in the summer, since there's less
going on in our lives.
