On the desktop I get:

2025-04-19T23:03:48 default: Cannot find a compatible running Bluez. Please
check the Bluez installation. QtBluetooth requires at least BlueZ version 5.
2025-04-19T23:04:13 kdeconnect.core: No local bluetooth adapter found
2025-04-19T23:04:38 kdeconnect.core: No local bluetooth adapter found
2025-04-19T23:05:03 kdeconnect.core: No local bluetooth adapter found

I vaguely remember that I read that newer versions of kdeconnect can use
bluetooth to connect, but I connected through wifi in the past.

Is there a setting which prohibits to connect through wifi somewhere on the
desktop app?

Thanks
Rainer
