It is an ongoing pain with Google; They will deny for whatever (usually 
false, by their own rules) reason. We will beg. Sometimes they 
reconsider. In the past, we have had to escalate through Google 
employees to get traction.

In the past, we have succeeded. Who knows what the future will bring.
