kpeoplevcard doesn't seem to be available from Fedora repos:
$ dnf provides '*/kpeoplevcard'

Error: No matches found. If searching for a file, try specifying the
full path or using a wildcard prefix ("*/") at the beginning.
Is it best to build it from source, or am I looking for it in the wrong
place, or whatever?
