default hostname in kdeconnect settings on desktop

Hi,

Is there any reason why kdeconnect settings no longer defaults to "hostname/login-id" for the desktop side and instead only uses "hostname"?
I use 3 logins on the same machine and it does not work unless each user sets up a unique name in kdeconnect Settings.
