KDE Connect not seeing my new phone

Good day,
I have just purchased a new phone, a Doogee X96 Pro with Android 11 and KDE Connect will not detect my phone or my PC. Both are on the same network. I am running KDE Connect on Windows 10 and with my old phone, an LG G4 H815P with Android 7 it worked perfectly. There are no changes to anything on the PC regarding firewall or such, so I am not sure what the issue might be. Could you please assist?
