Windows issues

Hi,


I saw in the news that KDE Connect on Windows is now officially supported so I decide to give it a try. However I couldn't get it to work:


- Installing from Microsoft Store straight up fails with error code 0x80080204
- The provided appx package (https://download.kde.org/unstable/kdeconnect/win64-pre-20.08/) does not open and says "Error in parsing the app package"

- The offline exe installer went through successfully. However when I tried to pair with my phone, it just hangs indefinitely, and a crashdump is generated in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps


FYI I am running Windows 10 1709 (Build 16299.1087). Could it possibly be that my Windows 10 version is way too old?
