Windows 7 is not supported.

However, when I run it and then try to pair with my Android, it throws up an error: "snoretoast.exe - System Error: The program can't start because api-ms-win-core-winrt-error-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".
I am installing on Windows 7 64-bit.
