T13740: New to Linux, KDE plasma 5

TASK DESCRIPTION
  I moved here after 30+ years on Windows. After several times of trying dual boot, I gave up and created a single but on my Intel NUC.
  Tried Ubuntu 20.04, didn't like it, installed KDE, plasma and happy.
  
  But, ever few days, I have a system freeze, or crash, forcing a restart.
  Have no idea where to start looking and hope someone here guide me.
