Got stuck on "packaging through Craft"

Greetings,

I'm curious using KDEConnect between Androind and Windows, so I'm giving 
a shot by installing through your documentation.

I got stuck on https://community.kde.org/KDEConnect/Build_Windows at 
point "3.2 packaging through Craft", my output from PowerShell is:

Also you have a not saying the output files are saved at 
"C:\CraftRoot\tmp\" but my folder is empty.

If you guys could help me out on this would be awesome!
