Curl Transient warning

Hi,

I seem to have trouble building KDE Connect on Windows. To be more 
specific, I cannot get past step 0.2, because curl gives me transient 
warning when trying to get 
"https://files.kde.org/craft/3rdparty/7zip/7z1900-extra.zip", then 
increasing timeouts, then end.

I tried looking into FAQ and googling, both without success.

Do you know what is wrong or what I can do or where I can get help?
