Problem Connecting (probably OT)

I am having trouble connecting my cell phone to my computer, probably
because of network issues. The setup is shown in the attached diagram.
* Amito: is a desktop computer platform Fedora Linux fc32 with all
updates installed
* Running kde-connect 1.0
* Gateway: is the gateway to the internet (via ATT), distributed by 2-
Wire, model i38HG
* Trend: is a TRENDnet AC1200 Dual Band Wireless Router
* Cell Phone: is an LG VS985 phone running Android 6.0
* My cell phone carrier is Page+ Cellular
As you see, the cell phone is on network 192.168.10.x, while the
computer running KDE is in network 192.168.1.x; they don't see each
other. The router Trend is used only to provide a wireless hot spot;
the wireless function of Gateway is not available, since it is in a
metal box. It's possible to set up a direct USB link from the Cell
Phone to Amito, but my cell phone carrier, Page+, has disabled the full
capacity of this link.
There should be some way to make Trend appear to wireless clients to be
on network 192.168.1.x, possibly static routing, but my knowledge of
networking to too weak to understand. Any advice, links, etc., would
be much appreciated..
