D18211: Android now exports a virtual root containing only the configured storage display names as root entries

REVISION SUMMARY
  Dxxxx does not export the root android filesystem anymore but a virtual root containing
  only the configured storage locations/sdcards. The mounted directory now looks like:
  
  /Internal Storage
  	/SD Card

TEST PLAN
  Using dolphin browse the filesystem of an Android phone with Dxxxx applied.
  Verify that dolphin shows the shared location entries and that these entries point
  to the correct mount location
