Can't move files using Dolphin

Hi,

Is this a KDE Connect-related question?

As far as I can tell, I get the same popups with all four options
regardless of whether I'm using KDE Connect's remote filesystem browser
or the local filesystem, regardless of whether the folder is a sibling
of the file.
