Hello dear kdeconnect team,

I have been a long time user of KDEconnect and up to now it was a great
tool. It just work like a charm under KDE Neon (Xenial) now I made a
fresh install.

Under Bionic is see all smart phone again and the messaging work fine
again, but the file transfer via dolphin isn't connecting anymore.

This is true for all connections, is there some point that I messed up
or that is missing on installation side?
