Initial attempt at implementing an autobrightness plugin.

I've been working on this feature for a few days and I am now stuck, since I'm not familiar with Qt or CMake at all. I'd appreciate some feedback.
Sorry for the cruft, I got lost a bit with git and I feel I've needlessly added some files.
