D11486: Add brightness control plugin to Android

  Can confirm the APK works for what I tested with the brightness control. Think that UI would have been exactly matching the use case which triggered drafting those brightness plugins, a simple big slider to interactively fine-tune the brightness while sitting legs up in front of the screen.
