D13446: Fix build failure on musl based systems

REVISION SUMMARY
  Musl lacks backtrace support, so this patch fixes the build by making sure it only gets compiled when using a glibc system.
  
  In //theory// this should also make it work on *BSD systems, but this isn't tested (I've only tested this on Alpine Linux).
