PC connected through tethering

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to access an android KDE-connect from
a PC connected through tethering to the same android phone. This is a
very common situation for people who travel often.

I believe that at least in rooted devices it should be possible to
open the door through iptables, e.g. as described here

If this is possible, such feature in the android would be very desirable.
