T9554: Conversation should update when a new message is sent or recieved

TASK DESCRIPTION
  The plugin already sends a "ConversationUpdated" signal when it finds a new message in a conversation so hooking into that should work for handling newly-recieved messages. Newly-sent messages might be handleable in the same way.
