Access to SD card

Hi,

Sorry that this has been sitting so long. I think the current situation
is that none of the active KDE Connect developers have a phone with an
SD card, so we can't test this. However, it would be nice to be able to
use an attached SD card the same as the phone's internal storage

Google will be forcing every app on the Play store to drop support for
certain older APIs in a few months. I don't remember the exact details,
but this might be be what you were looking for when you said
"distinguish between/drop older API levels"

If you would like to work on this upgrade, we would be happy to consider
anything which has been thought through and well-assembled

By the way, a lot of our recent discussion has been via Telegram.
Hopefully future emails won't take so long to answer, but if you want to
ask quick questions or get quick opinions you're welcome to join us:

Thanks,
Simon
