Phone calls Plugin?

Hello KDEConnect community,

I've been using kdeconnect for a while and I can't explain how much I
love it so far.

I was wondering, are there any plans for the project to implement a
phone call plugin? Just like with the SMS plugin, it could be super cool
if one could initialize a phone call to a given phone number.

The client implementation could be raw for the beginning I guess, even
if it'd would be possible through the command line only, it's a start.
