A plugin that'll let me mirror my phone or laptop's screen to one another.

You have to enable the Android keyboard "KDE Connect" from settings->input.
Then, you can alternate between the regular keyboard and the remote KDE
Connect input when you are on a text field (usually from a notification, a
tile, or by long-pressing the space bar, depending on the Android version).
