D9059: Don't require the device parameter for kdeconnect-cli with one device

REVISION SUMMARY
  If you have a single paired device, this code allows you to use kdeconnect-cli without passing the "-d" parameter with the device id. In other cases, nothing changes.

TEST PLAN
  Works for me, with one device. Did not actually test with zero/multiple devices, but the changes look trivial to me.
