D6204: Filetransfer Feedback

REVISION SUMMARY
  When sending files from Desktop to Phone, the phone sends an ACK-Package back which indicates whether the transfer was successful or not. KDE side uses this to give a feedback notification (see KDE patch). In Addition there is some refactoring in SharePlugin and some Notification tweaks for the filetransfer notifications.
