SMS reply button

Hi

There are 2 types notification when new SMS is deliverd in my PCs:
1. via KDEConnect-tray 
2. via Notification 
The first notifies when phone state is locked and appears without Reply button but 
second has Reply button but requires the phone to be unlocked and lasts for a few 
second only.
Is there configuration that allows to replay to SMS when phone is locked ?
