Automatic pairing on log in

Hi

I've just discovered this beauty a few days ago.  I've got a question.
I've configured it so it pairs with my blackberry on the 4 user accounts i have 
on this machine and it happily works with them all.
The question i have is:
How can i get each user account to automatically pair with the phone when i 
log in?  I seem to have to right click the  icon on the panel, click "Kde 
Connect Settings" and actually click on the device name in the list before it 
pairs again.
I must admit there have been a couple of occasions where I got notifications 
from the phone and i didn;t remember actually doing the above steps ( i may 
have done it but have no real recollection of doing so).
