Yes "adb over tcp" would have is more descriptive. KDE Connect can
negotiate adb over tcp for an auto-magical experience :D

   1. desktop: configure port or use 5555
   2. mobile: `adb tcpip { configed port }`
   3. desktop: `adb connect { mobile ip address }


Uses:

   1. Could be used to run arbitrary commands on mobile just as we can on
   desktop.
   2. I'd like to seamlessly open a konsole session with adb shell from the
   kde connect menu.
   3. On click back up of mobile device
