Building the plasmoid

Hi,

I just realized the plasmoid was written in QML, and was separate from 
the rest of KDE Connect. I have two questions:

- how do I build and install it? make and make install only install the 
rest of the application.
- how am I supposed to work on it? It is not part of the project in Qt 
Creator. Do I just open the files manually? I guess that works, but I'm 
curious how you guys do.
