The current implementation should already use inverse scrolling if it is configured that way in the desktop.
Is this for the use case where you want to have the mouse "not inverted" on the computer, but only inverted when using kdeconnect? If that's the case, I would call the feature "inverse scrolling", because it's what it does (if you already had "inverse scrolling" enabled on your desktop, this will make KDE Connect be not-inverse).
