The desktop is called Plasma, not KDE.
KDE is the name of our community and therefore the KDE translators handle all 
KDE projects.

Yes, although -- to be honest -- the localization layout wasn't really made 
with something like Java Android apps in mind. Therefore its translations are 
in the slightly confusing location l10n-kde4/messages/playground-base:
