Suggestion: Hierarchical / cumulative Transform Masks for animation rigs

When animating characters in Krita using Transform Masks, it is currently
impossible to combine local (per-layer) transformations with a global
transformation at group level.

Transform Masks are evaluated in canvas space and do not inherit parent
transformations. This causes child Transform Masks to become spatially
disconnected when a parent group is moved, rotated, or scaled.

This makes it impractical to animate articulated characters entirely in
Krita, even for simple rigs.

*Suggested improvement:*

- Allow Transform Masks to be hierarchical (parent → child)

- Introduce an “Animation Transform” system with cumulative matrices

- Provide an animatable Transform Tool at group level that does not
conflict with child Transform Masks

*Use case:*

Character rig with multiple parts (head, arms, legs), each animated locally,
and a need for global motion (walk cycle moving across screen).

This functionality would greatly improve Krita’s animation workflow and
reduce the need for external software
