[Plasma] X11 Support

I currently use Barrier (https://github.com/debauchee/barrier) which has
been forked as Input Leap (https://github.com/input-leap/input-leap)
I understand that Barrier doesn't work under Wayland. (I couldn't get
it to work at all)
I also note that Input Leap doesn't support clipboard sharing under Wayland.
I'm probably not alone in using this software, so migrating completely
away from Xorg is a non-starter for me.
Thanks for all you do,
Mike.
