XOrg maybe not (but about the only X11-specific thing in KF5 that I am aware of is kwin_x11, most if not all of the rest comes "for free" via Qt's xcb QPA). It'd be (IMHO) stupidly premature not to provide an X11 server under Wayland if that's even something that KDE has a say over ... Xwayland being provided by ... Xorg).
