favorites not dragable in Kmail

Dear all,

I use Kmail 5.3 that ships with maui 2.1 (see attached screenshot). In Kmail I 
cannot manually sort / drag the favorite folders. 

I have set the option to manually drag the favorites as can be seen in the 
screenshot.

Is this a known bug?
