how to use gnome apps in kde

I have install some gtk based application in kde namely  wxmaxima and rhythmbox
turns out:
icons are not found
shortcutrs (e.g CTRL+C CTRL+V etc) are not working at all
Drag and drop feature (e.g between tracks in rhythmbox ) does not work

any idea?

not to mention :

gnome-icon-theme : installed
gnome-icon-theme-extras: installed
gnome-human-icon-theme: installed
gnome-icon-theme-full: installed 
....

KDE 4.13.3 Kubuntu 14.04
