Shortcuts stop working, application windows aren't showing anymore and the systray seems to freeze

I tend to do a lot of

killall plasmashell; plasmashell &

in konsole lately, due to many small plasma/systray related (presentation)
bugs. You get used to it...
Maybe it helps you with this as well?
