Can one configure KDM to put the /tmp/kde-kdm and /tmp/ksocket-kdm directories elsewhere?

Hello,

Can one configure KDM to put the /tmp/kde-kdm and /tmp/ksocket-kdm directories
elsewhere? I want to set my /tmp directory read only for non-root users.
