Setting a keyboard shortcut to switch between languages in kde 4.11

I had selected KDE as the default Display Manager when installing today
Fedora 20 (it is KDE 4.11)
I added another language. However, I do not find where can I add a shortcut
to switch between the two languages
this machine supports; when going to system settings->Country Region &
Locale I don't see anywhere a "keyboard" button.

Any ideas?
