See /home/username/.config/menus/applications-kmenuedit.menu.

Remove the section that defines your folder as deleted -- or just
remove the file outright and have all changes to your menu layout
restored to distro defaults. Run 'kbuildsycoca4' afterwards for your
modifications to take effect.
