drive mount problems only in kde

Hi ..


No once KDE is started i loose all ability to write to either drive
most times if i reboot several times i can get rw on /home  but it
takes effort but if no KDM KDE then no problem all drives are rw 

In KDE it can be Dolphin Konq MC xterm kterm anything no rw on /
and /home
