Remove "Send to" entries from Ksnapshot

Well, cut the entries by more than half, but didn't cut the time much if 
any. =:^(

I think whatever it's scanning simply takes seconds to scan, even if 
there's not much there.  (What it would do without kipi-plugins entirely, 
I don't know; I haven't tried.)
