Touchpad (ksynaptics) is driving me crazy

I just tested it - works for me.
You may have to install some python-libs (on my openSUSE: python-pip). Just
follow the instructions. Then call /usr/bin/synaptiks: In the systemtray
appears a icon for configuration.
