How can I bring back Konqueror as my man page viewer?

Thank you.  I applied it and rebuilt.  It doesn't fix the problem.  It 
only fixes a bug very specific to "man:tar".

This is what happens when I type "man:tar":

When I then click on the one I want, this happens:

So nothing changed.
