kde-for-Windows: snapshot doesn't work

While this is the kde/general list so your post isn't off topic, not many 
regulars here run kde on ms, so you're not likely to get much direct help 
here.

There's a specific kde on ms project site, however, with links to forum, 
mailing list, etc, if you don't find the answers you're looking for on 
the site.
