Global change to kontact shortcut.

Not working :(
$ kde4-config --path data
/home/johnm/.kde/share/apps/:/etc/kde-profile/Power-User/share/apps/:/usr/share/kde4/apps/

I'm assuming data is the section.
Put it here:
/etc/kde-profile/Power-User/share/apps/local-kmail.rc

Tried content above and the full file created by kontact.
