Non-transparent KDE theme

I have gone through all of kde-look.org and I cannot find a
non-transparent KDE theme. Do any exist? This bug is the reason that I
need a non-transparent theme:

Panel transparency control regardless of theme

And no, disabling composting is _not_ the solution that I need. I have
already disabled the "transparency" plugin as well.
