DVD tray remain not open

Hi,

KDE4.5
openSUSE 11.3

When I use the command "eject /dev/sr0" or press the open button on
the DVD device the tray are open but close immediately.
I can not extract the CD/DVD.
A second push to the button on the DVD device take care that the tray 
remain open.

What can I do that the tray remain open on the first action ?
