It was easier. I just removed /var/tmp/*, ~/.cache/ and it looks
good now.

According to strace before I did it, kded4 ran infinite loop doing
poll().

May be it would be good to adjust kde upgrade procedure to don't
require user interaction (removing caches/tmps/configs/etc)
